What we collect
When you submit a form on this website we process the details you provide: name, phone number, email, possibly an address and details about the property, and your message.
Purpose and legal basis
The details are only used to reply to and follow up your enquiry, based on your consent and our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).
Storage and sharing
Enquiries are sent by email to the agent. We do not sell or share your details with others for marketing. Details that do not lead to an assignment are deleted when no longer needed.
Cookies
The website sets no marketing or advertising cookies. The hosting provider may keep technical logs (such as IP address and time) for operation and security.
Links to other websites
Property pages link to PrivatMegleren, where the prospectus, viewing sign-up and bidding are hosted. PrivatMegleren’s own privacy policy applies there.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and you may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
